Terms of service

cleanify.email is operated by XBesh Labs FZE LLC ("we", "us"), a Free Zone Entity registered with Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under licence and registration number 262102428888, registered office 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. cleanify.email verifies email addresses — individually or in bulk from CSV files — using signals such as syntax analysis, DNS and MX lookups, and live SMTP conversations, and reports a verdict of Valid, Invalid, Risky, or Unknown for each address, with a stated reason.

Verification is evidence, not a guarantee. A Valid verdict means the mailbox accepted our check at that moment; it is not a promise that any message you send will be delivered, opened, or wanted. An Unknown verdict means the check was inconclusive. We do not promise any bounce rate, delivery rate, or accuracy percentage, and you should not represent to others that we do.

You need an account to use the service, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

You agree to use cleanify only with addresses you may lawfully process. You will not:

• upload lists you harvested, bought, or otherwise lack a lawful basis to process;
• use verification results to send spam or otherwise breach anti-mail-abuse or marketing laws that apply to you (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL and equivalents);
• probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its verification engine;
• resell, sublicense, or proxy the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

One credit verifies one address. Every account includes a free monthly allowance, and paid plans add a larger monthly allowance. Allowances are topped up to the plan amount each month rather than accumulated; credits bought outright as a pay-as-you-go pack do not expire.

Rows we could not check do not cost a credit. Where our engine fails to complete a check, that credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you chose until cancelled, and prices are shown exclusive of any taxes that may apply to you. You can cancel at any time from Billing — cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds. Because verification consumes real resources the moment it runs, credits already spent are not refundable. If the service fails on our side, or you are charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.

The lists you upload, and the results we compute from them, are yours. We store them scoped to your account so you can review and export them, and we use them only to provide the service — see the privacy policy for details. Deleting your account deletes your uploads, results, and history.

The service is provided as is and as available. Jobs are built to survive restarts and run reliably in the background, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you before it takes effect.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service — including sending decisions you make based on verification results, lost profits, or damage to sender reputation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. On termination your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy; you should export anything you want to keep beforehand.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
